Super precision ball bearing features and applications

Super precision ball bearings are used when an application requires the bearing to have high speed capabilities and high rotation accuracies. These are commonly available with Phenolic, Polyamide or brass cages.

Radial ball bearings are only supplied as singles, they can carry radial load, and moderate Axial loads in either direction.

Angular contact ball bearings are available with different options of preload and contact angle, so enabling precise bearing selection.

Angular contact and Ball screw support bearings are available as Singles and Pairs, providing bore and outside diameter dimensions are matched, these can be matched into sets of three, four or more.

Ball screw support bearings provide Maximum axial rigidity, low drag torque and high axial running accuracy.
